I'm giving this company a 1 star rating because unfortunately there is no 0 star option.
I received my internet modem on August 1st and when it got to my apartment, it didn't work. I called someone to come take a look at it and the soonest appointment they had was not for another week. I told them I would be out of town and needed someone to come in sooner. They couldn't help me. So once I got back from vacation I called and waited ANOTHER WEEK. A guy finally came and had no idea what he was doing. He said his supervisor would come take a look at it the following day at noon. It hit 12:05 and no word from this supervisor. I called at 12:30 and the technician said that his supervisor "should" be on his way. 2 hours went by and the dude never showed up. I work 2 jobs and this is my only day off. I do NOT have time to wait around. I called and reported this issue to customer service and they said the next available appointment was not until next SATURDAY. ANOTHER WEEK.
NEVER EVER EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
