  • I WANT TO LIVE IN THIS STORE. Maybe it's my Italian heritage, but this place has a magnetic draw for me. Advice: visit the rest of the Strip on a Saturday, but come back to this place during the week (although they close at 4:30 or thereabouts, so come early). They have free parking in the back that you can actually get on a weekday (sometimes on a Saturday too if you're very very sneaky), and they will allow you to sample the cheeses from the magnificent cheese counter since they're much less crowded. The wasabi cheddar is divine. So is the 1000 day Gouda. Only drawback is the 1/2 pound minimum--that's a lot of cheese. Still, if that's too much for you it's still worth a wander through to gaze at the splendor of their fares and wares. Aaand now I have to go back.
