Thank goodness I finally found a workout that works for me. Im in-and-out in an hour and I feel like i've accomplished a whole lot vs. going to the gym doing 30 mins on a machine and walking aimlessly trying to see what's next. Everyone has one intention when they are here and that is to work out --and not talk the whole time and socialize like some people you see @ the gyms ( not that you can here anyway, since the workout gets pretty intense). Trainers and staff know you by your first name which is a nice touch too.
I've been going for almost 2 months (3x per week) and I've noticed a big difference on how my clothes are fitting. You will never get bored and even though you're body is getting stronger, the workouts never seem to get easier because as you get fitter it gets harder to get into the green and orange zones. This place makes you have to challenge yourself every time because those monitors that show your progress don't lie.
