This review is about two months late but it made a good impression. The receptionist at the front desk was great with check-in and actually was intelligible when reciting the plethora of useful memorized information. They upgraded my one bedroom suite to two, which was a very nice surprise after driving for two days with a 2 year old and a 6 month old (I was in a very emotionally fragile state at the time, a broken shoelace would have brought me to my knees, figuratively and literally). The rooms were new, large, and best of all quiet (did I mention the two days of driving with a 2 year old and a 6 month old?) Breakfast was on par to slightly better than par for Hilton chain fare.
BTW regarding a previous review, it is not the responsibility of the hotel staff to know and report details about police action to hotel guests. And if you reserve a room and don't cancel the reservation 24 hours prior, guess what you're paying for the room. Welcome to the real world.
