No reason to line up for a teller these days since everything becomes computerized. Yet, I decided to stop by the bank to get some changes today. And guess what? I was in line for more than 30 minutes. Two more people were in front of me and 7 or 8 people were behind me. Only two tellers were open and saw many employees walking around in the bank. They need to develop the system to be flexible according to the current needs and flow plan to guide a customer to the right station.
