After dropping off my laptop for a factory reset I was told it would take 36-48 hours. I contacted them 48 hours later and they informed me that they hadn't started on it yet as they had been short staffed. They stated that they will begin to work on it that day and it should be ready the next morning. When I picked it up the next morning, I again asked why the delay was two days later than I was told. The manager said that "they had forgot about it". I asked if there could be any compensation for my inconvenience of going with any internet service for 4 days. Harrison, the manager, said " no, we don't do that". He also made a point of mentioning that he was not at work during those four days. Poor attitude, lack of responsibility, horrible customer service. Don't count on me going back to that location. Ever.
