When it comes to lashes, they are pretty good. My original lash technician actually pulled out some of my own lashes when I would come in for fills, but I thought it was normal because I had never had them done before. When I got to have a different technician, it was such a nice experience and I would have stayed with her except she left the studio. Then, I started having allergic reactions (evidently to the glue I was told), and had to cancel my membership.
Cancelling seemed easy enough, but here is why...They don't tell you, but you have to get any credits you have on your account refunded BEFORE they cancel your membership. Once they cancel the membership, they cannot and will not give you any money back. Also, they keep an extra payment because you have to give them a 30 day notice even if you have allergic reactions and can no longer have the lashes on. Altogether, they got to keep $100 from me for absolutely NO SERVICES RENDERED!
