  • Long story short, had I not jumped between three bikers and my boyfriend he could have been very seriously injured or killed. Anyone remember the shootout between the rivaling biker gangs a few years ago? Yea, it was one of them. I'd rather not name names. My boyfriend and I went there the other night, around 2am and as soon as we sat down one leather clad biker dude and his buddies tried to fight my boyfriend. Staring at us till we looked back and asked what?! We were able to smooth it out, hang at the bar for a few hours, and then after we thought they had left he went outside to smoke a cig (were not use to chain smoking indoors) and one of them punched him in his face seeing this as a threat. After dragging him back into the bar, bloodied, after three of them circled him and looked like they were gonna jump him, or worse, the bartenders only response when I told him what happened was to ask my bf "why'd you try to fight all those guys?" Are you effing kidding me?!! My boyfriend could have been seriously injured and the bartender didn't care in the slightest. He was too busy dealing with another belligerent patron who just broke a video poker machine with a chain. He did buy my bf a few drinks, but honestly if you have this much crime and violence happening within the span of two hours, maybe it's time for a security guard on the swing shift, a rule that violence in and outside of the bar isn't tolerated.... I dunno man, do something. I've heard the owner is a real stand up dude, but this shiz can not happen again.
