  • Came in for Mac servicing, was told it would be 15-20 minutes wait. 45 minutes later I'm still here and I'm either next in line or not depending who I ask. Seriously?? Make that an hour, still waiting. Is there a way to give zero stars? Okay, when I finally got help the tech was quick and expert, and communicated well, so up to 2 stars.
