| - So I went in to get a full set, (long coffin to be exact on how I wanted them) before the lady started I showed her a picture & ASKED if she could shape them as is. She told me yes, so I sat and she started... well it was time to cut the tips to how long I want my nails.. she finishes and i took at them and I tell her the first time!! They are all different sizes! I almost had no middle finger tip! The rest of the tips were not as short but all different sizes, & my pinky was superrrrr long compared to the rest of them! It literally looked like a coke nail! I turned them around so she can see from the back of my hand to see how different they are. & she tell me no they aren't! That you don't look like that (which I was as showing her cause obviously she couldn't see from the front view!) by this point I'm already gettin irritated cause she's not listening to me!! And I told her I wanted long nails and I only had long pinky nails! She starts putting the acrylic on, & I'm thinking she's gonna make them longer since I've told her multiple times They are different sizes!! She finished, I look at them and I ask her if she can make them longer like I have already asked! At this point you can see she's irritated and tells me she's gonna have to take all
My nails off! I didn't want that, she should of listened when I told her the first time. So she gets the little paper thinks to put under my nail to start building the acrylic, so she makes them longer, but now they are all crooked! So at this point, I'm done! Cause clearly she could do simple coffin nails like I asked! So I tell her to stop, I'll pay for my nails as for what she has done so far.. and her the the little guy sitting next to her start talking in there language, and she tells me I owe her $40! I was sooo thrown off, because my nails at this point aren't filed, buffed, nor painted, I had a crappy half ass job!!!! & I told her this is not even finished work, I am not paying &40! (Mind you then sign on the wall even says $30 for a full set, so idk where that $40 came from!!) the guy next to her gets up and gets all loud saying "that's the law you have to pay!" Which I told him that's fine! I'm willing to pay! But I'm not paying for the whole service that wasn't even completed because she couldn't do it!!!! They of course start talking in there language again! She's standing there with a mad look on her face. Then starts telling the guy worker idk what. Anyway long story short, I paid $20, which I still think is to much since my nails were not even close to what I wanted or DONE!!!!!!! And there were rude! Never would I go back or recommend this place to ANYONE! If
