Overall my stay was good - the hotel is clean and everything is updated. I did have an issue with housekeeping that was unresolved. I purchased some food for breakfast due to dietary restrictions. There wasn't a lot just an apple and granola bar that was in a paper bag on the desk. When I came back from my day, the bag, food, and a piece of paper I had left on the night stand were gone. While I appreciate the extra attempt at cleanliness, I was perturbed that my belongings were discarded.
When I went to the front desk, they offered replacements from their stash, which I had no doubt I would not be able to eat. When I explained this the front desk agent apologized and offered more fruit, which I declined.
Being in customer service myself, I can't imagine handling a complaint in this way. I will choose another hotel next time.
