this is just a general review for the customer service at samsung, which im pretty sure was connected to the states because all the people i spoke to had a new york accent. my mother bought a samsung monitor a couple years ago. it worked fine for a year, if that and then the screen went completely black. i happened to call samsung a day before the warranty expired. they were completely understanding and even extended the warranty. they paid the cost to have the monitor taken in for repair. it wasnt repairable but they sent us a new one that is much better. the customer service was fantastic and i wouldnt hesitate to buy another samsung product.. come to think of it, i should have bought one of the galaxy phones instead of a LG product. total waste but thats another review...
