  • Amazing service - I called them around 4:15pm on a Saturday (they closed at 6pm) asking if they would be able to get me in for a last minute oil change. The person I spoke to was extremely friendly and asked if I could come in at 5pm. I had called Monro Muffler previously and they were very short and quick to say no. The manager, Joshua G. was very friendly and offered me a $10 discount - for no reason. They had my car in and out in no time at all but while they were in there, they filled up my coolant which I was concerned about, filled up my washer fluid, and even put some grease on my squeaky driver door. He was so friendly and helpful with answering my questions that weren't relevant to my oil change but to the overall condition of my car - and also gave his opinion on some things I should have taken care of - without trying to sell his services. He truly seemed to enjoy his job and making his customers happy. I am definitely going back to them. It's so hard to find auto service techs that are actually honest, enjoy their jobs (even at closing time), and care about their customers.
