  • The BEST DONUTS in Charlotte (and probably the state)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are from California and moved to Charlotte about 10 years ago. For some reason, people in Cali know how to make a great, amazing fried donut. Not our here! The donuts here are awful! Most places in Charlotte seem to bake them. You can pretty much go to any donut place in Cali and they are all delicious, period. I was pretty upset at the choices when we moved here until I started working near MJ's. Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!! Someone who actually knows how to make a traditional donut! Chocolate Long Johns, Lemon Filled, Apple Fritters, Glazed Twist, Maple, Jelly Filled, Sprinkles, ect......and DONUT HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I no longer work close by this place but I don't mind making the drive from Mint Hill on Saturday. If you want the best selection, you need to get there earlier in the morning. Simply Wonderful!
