I went online and scheduled my move. I received a call from the company to set up the move and I stated I had to have it done at 8:00 am on Monday. I was told not a problem. He gave me a price and I gave him my credit card number. On Friday at 3:00 PM I get a call to confirm. I was told "we will have our guys there after 11:00. I said absolutely not. I said it had to be 8:00 am and was confirmed. The guys excuse "well you spoke to Sean, he is in Dallas and just takes calls". I said he still works for your company and that is not my fault. He assured me it would be done and took my credit card. The guy on the phone said sorry, we only have 11:00 available. This was at 3:00 on Friday and I needed them at 8:00 on Monday morning. BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT USE.
