  • So the family has been living here since around 2002. We stayed because the manager was a fantastic lady who did her best to make this a comfortable and inviting community. But then the management changed and now we're stuck with a put-upon looking young lady who doesn't seem to care about residents and our concerns. We've have a string of vehicle breakins especially in the poorly lit corners of the property. Requests for a courtesy patrol have gone nowhere. We've had squatters. I've literally stepped over a sleeping vagrant to use the gym. It's the bitter middle of summer in vegas and I've had to call maintenance and counting to try to get the same problem fixed. They were candid enough to let me know the first two times they told me they replaced $4 and $5 dollar parts they were just joshing man! You know how it is right man?! Awesome. Any other questions let me know here and I'll answer them. Gotta spread the word.
