  • I always shop at ulta and love to go down every isle making sure I don't miss anything. I rarely come to this location and I probably won't return. One associate followed me around the whole store every time turned a corner I saw her lurking and watching me, of course she would look away when I looked at her. I don't think I look like a thief and I'm 6 months pregnant.. I wouldn't risk my freedom or waste my money in fines for shoplifting. Usually in every other ulta or sephora I go to, I'm asked if I need help finding anything, not there! I only saw white, rich looking people being asked if they needed help(I'm a person of color). The woman that was following me could've asked! Then I got to the counter and the cashiers spent 5 mins gossiping before I was helped. Terrible store, terrible service will not return!!
