| - After visiting this dealership three days in a row and not being able to do the deal because of misinformation on my part and poor listening skills on the part of ONE of the sales people, I had a very nasty blowup with Rashad who introduces himself as an assistant sales manager. Such an arrogant person who resembles Big Bird, in case you go there for whatever reason. Even though I had a very nice salesperson named Mack, this Rashad took over and talked down to me from the very first night. After telling him that I did not want to change my current car payment to the extreme, he wasted my time by having me test drive one of their "Special" cars, not knowing that this was an extremely high-priced vehicle with a very large monthly payment. I guess I should have asked, but I didn't. I learned my lesson. I was upset from that point on, not only because he tricked me, but because he apparently didn't care what I had just told him about staying within my budget. This guy never allows the salespeople to do their job, he is always hovering around and actually took over by sitting in the salesman's chair and using his phone to call my bank. What happened to my salesperson? Why is he not doing this? Right before the end of our "conversation", I told him that he was arrogant and that I didn't like dealing with him. He tried to turn it around and say that I was aggressive and he was afraid of me, as big as he is. That was the joke of the night. Don't they always do that when they get confronted by someone who is not afraid to speak up for themselves? He then said "Do you want me to call my manager?" Wow, he must have been terrified, poor thing! I finally told him that I had better leave before I really got upset. I'm sure he wouldn't have been able to handle that! The dealership had better get a handle on this guy before he loses them another sale, because they certainly didn't get my money! Onward and Upward! Have a good day!
