  • I have been coming to this office on/off since 2005 as a patient of Dr. Freeman and will be officially be seeking care elsewhere. Before I get started with the negative, I will say this--Dr. Cannon is fabulous. Personable, thorough, and informative. She was on call and delivered my daughter Nov 2017. If she was at another office, I would see her for sure. Unfortunately, she was not my primary care doctor here and too much damage has been done for me to work with this office again. I will spare the details but basically if you have an ongoing medical condition/mental health issue that needs to be factored into your pregnancy or treatment--I would NOT recommend this office. If you have a high risk pregnancy--I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this office. If you for any reason need to be written out of work for medical/disability purposes--I would proceed with EXTREME caution. The practice admin, Alia Paige and triage nurse Kim, will try to dismiss anything that you say, and tell you, that there is no reason at all that you cannot work.The triage nurse Kim, is also COMPLETELY incompetent and should not be giving medical advice. If attention to detail is valued and consistent quality care is needed, I would HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere. This office was ok when all I needed was a yearly pap smear and some birth control, but I just can't recommend if you need anything more than that.
