Honestly I don't know where to begin as I'm a pretty large scale player out here and sadly miss the days of their generous comps! The morale amongst long term employees is very sour! Seems like the majority of people really hate their jobs. I've accumulated 75,000 points of play in two months, and to get a $20 food and bev comp took an act of Congress, like I didn't deserve it. Asked for a side of shredded cheese and chopped onions in the restaurant for a bowl of chili and was told it would be a $2 upcharge. Tried to use a $10 comp for two beers during a concert and was told I could only get one item with the comp even if it was $100. You know guys there's lots and lots of competition in this game! It's really sad that you guys had to go and screw it up for your bread and butter, meaning players like myself that strongly contribute. If I'm going to be treated substandard when I play 50 times harder than most, why should I continue to bother coming here? It's a very sad state of affairs and it seems as though they could care less about morale in general pertaining to big players and employees! Just to elaborate asking for a slightly later check out time even Sunday-Thursday doesn't happen anymore! Rumors of them switching to a different gaming company July 1, which will supposedly losen up slots a little will be interesting. Just sad when Harrah's gives you the moon and appreciates your patronage and Gila Rivers Casino's have become tighter than you can possibly imagine! Sad Sad Sad
