  • Upon arriving I was a little skeptical because I've lived in Charlotte for 30 years and have never eaten there, or even heard of the place until recently. My daughter had an appt nearby, and asked if I could meet her for dinner there, along with her sister. It was a lot bigger inside than I first thought. The hostess was very friendly and smiled when she greeted me. That instantly made me feel welcome. It smelled so good, and the atmosphere was more like a diner. They do serve beer here and our waitress was very friendly and did a great job keeping our drinks filled and getting fresh beers when we were ready. Their pricing was very reasonable, and my chicken bacon sandwich and sweet potato fries were perfect! Generous helping too, and I couldn't even finish it all! My only recommendation is that I think they could do a little more to update the decor a little, however I will definitely visit again and next time bring my hubby!
