  • I grew up in Mississippi and spent a lot of time in Louisiana. The food here is really good; tried the shrimp, crawfish, catfish, sausage, gumbo and crab legs. You can customize the sauces and spicy level...which I really like. Staff was really friendly and the food came out fairly quickly (given the nature of the food). Glad to have a little taste of home in the desert!
