rev:text	Once again I wish there was a -5 star rating..........this place is horrible, the battery on my truck died which of course made me late for work......so I go to my local NTB purchased a new battery cost roughly $100..........after installing the battery myself, I noticed that every time I tried to start my truck I would have to turn the ignition twice......didn't think of it to much, just thought that maybe I hooked it up wrong.....heck I was late for work......anyway summertime rolls around and it's time for my oil change I take to my mechanic and he advises me that I have the wrong battery in my truck and if I continue to use it I could damage my starter.......so I head straight back to NTB, spoke with the manager......he pretty much told me that I'm lying and that I did not purchase my battery there...he said they have not sold that brand of batteries in years....he asked me if I still had my receipt I told him no but he should be able to pull up my info from there system via my cell number sense I provided it to them when I purchased the battery....l provided same my cell number and he this idiot tells me that the information he had on file was for someone that lived in Parma.......I told him to call my cell to prove that it's mine, he refused.......I was even willing to provide my contract with my cellphone provider showing that I had been a customer sense 2003....he wouldn't even meet half way on it..........so now I'm anti-NTB.......I will not spend my money at any NTB I do not care where they are located. I'd rather spend my money else where.
