  • I've lived here since 2001 and have, for the most part, always loved it here. The physical setting (trees, bushes, and landscaping in general) are great and well-maintained. I've been blessed with good and quiet neighbors over all these years. The quality of local management has been up and down over these past 14 years. Same can be said for the sales staff, with, perhaps understandably, lots of turnover and general quality at a bit below average. The current new manager seems to be very good. - 5 stars
