rev:text	THE GOOD: Our pool was finished at the end of September 2015 and it is exactly as envisioned. We LOVE looking at it, although we haven't got to actually swim in it yet since by time it was done it was too cold and still isn't warm enough. The final price we paid was the price quoted. Our sales guy Bryan Clarkson was great to work with and the saving grace of the company. He really listened to our ideas and made them reality. The pool so far has been incredibly easy to take care of and we have had no issues with equipment. THE BAD: Communication wasn't the best. Specifically between Rondo and some of their contractors. The decking installers they hired did a terrible job and had to redo much of the work. We had to bring the errors to Rondo's attention and really felt they should have noticed the mistakes first. The finish we chose (ultra-poz) mottled much more than they led us to believe. I love the smooth feel though so it's a tradeoff with the pebble surfaces. THE DOWNRIGHT HORRIBLE: We were told it would take about 8-12 weeks from signing the contract until swimming. It ended up taking five MONTHS. I think they just took on more projects than they could handle and weren't able to stay on top of them. I wanted to write this review now as it was around this time last year we were starting the design phase with them and thinking we would be swimming by the fourth of July. Had I written this review in August I would have given them one star. But now that everything is said and done and the end result was fabulous I'm giving a solid three stars. Just go into the project knowing that everything will take at least twice as long as what they say and you won't be disappointed.
