  • This review is long overdue, but a pleasure to write. We have finally settled down and are able to think straight again and so would like to share our opinion and experience with about Jimmy Vercellino and First Choice. We were first time homebuyers, moving into AZ from CA and chose First Choice due to Yelp reviews and could not have been more pleased with our experience! Jimmy Vercellino and his team exceeded our expectations with customer care, knowledge, promptness, communication and the small intangibles that make the difference between average service and excellent service. Jimmy and his team clearly explained what they needed from us, what they were going to provide as part of their services, the timelines for each phase of the process, and always responded to our inquiries in a timely manner; not only that, but always with such enthusiasm to serve us! This level of service is incredibly hard to find nowadays and it was such a pleasure to work with them! My husband and my measure of an excellent services company is whether or not we would use their services again...Without a doubt we will be using Jimmy and his team on our next purchase and we absolutely recommend them to anyone else who needs to purchase a home, whether a new home buyer or a veteran!
