  • Just purchased a used 2011 BMW 335d from Audi of North Scottsdale. I bought it sight unseen from John Jimerfield (salesman) whom I had worked with earlier in the week on a different vehicle. John looked at the BMW for me and test drove it. He said it was in great shape so I put a deposit on it over the phone. I told him I would be back in town in a few days and would he please have it ready to go when I got there. He said he would. When I arrived at the dealership that afternoon the car was sitting front and center. It was perfectly clean, full of fuel and ready to drive off the lot!! You couldn't tell it from a brand new car! I have to say it was great to work with someone who does what they say!! That is a very rare quality in this world!!
