  • Had my first visit there today! Everyone was so pleasant!! Dr Carrie Hersch was amazing and so sweet! She listened to everything I said and addressed every concern of mine!! Having another neurologist disregard my symptoms; she held my hand and comforted me each step of the way! I'm so thankful there are Drs like her; nurses who were friendly; and staff who greeted us with a smile! I'm especially thankful for the lady who scheduled me; she spent more time with me than my previous neurologist! This world needs more compassionate healthcare providers like the Cleveland clinic has!
