I'm not surprised that I received zero service, but I didn't expect to be given a dirty look by one of their sales associates. I was in the market for a new wallet, and I'm never too much trouble nor am I difficult to please because I usually know what it is I'm looking for...but because their SAs looked me up and down before deciding not to help me, I walked right out...and into the LV at Crystals where I purchased a new wallet within minutes (http://www.yelp.com/biz/louis-vuitton-las-vegas#hrid:uB7s8RXG5gjQ033llx42gg). Boo you! Don't be so snooty and alienate potential customers...especially when the SA at Crystals looked through my profile and realized that I was no stranger to the brand.
Now that I think about it, I came to this same location 2 or 3 years ago while I was in college looking for Christmas presents. Not only did I receive a similar treatment, but when I had approached a SA about two of their products, I was brushed off and told that they were both sold out without offering to help me locate where I could find said items. On that particular visit to Vegas, I ended up buying from Prada.
The lesson here for this location would be that in Vegas where the strip is lined up with luxury brands carrying premium items, the only differentiation would be its location/convenience and its service. Hire a more respectful staff, and perhaps you'll see more foot traffic. Otherwise, there's plenty more LVs in the area with more selection considering how small this store is.
