  • I can't say enough good things about this place! First, its theme is the Carlsbad Caverns so New Mexican food, bat art hanging everywhere, a waterfall, and bridge. Service was excellent, our waiter was Nick and he was very patient and kind. We came at midnight on a Saturday night and ate from their Reverse Happy Hour Menu which is from 10:00pm to 2:00am. We ordered the New Mexican Potstickers which were amazing! I highly recommend them. They were chicken and Anaheim Chiles with a sweet corn cream sauce. We also ordered the Lobster Bites which were huge fried balls stuffed with Green Chile macaroni and cheese, and lobster. These were okay, wish they had added more lobster, I barely tasted it. The setting and ambiance is just gorgeous. Excellent outdoor lighting, great firepits, wonderful sounds and views by the waterfall, and just a perfect place to have a drink, snack, or dinner with family, friends, or a date. I'm definitely coming back soon. I did ask about the bat art and where they got it from. I wanted to order some from the artist or company they got it from for my own home, like the hanging bats near the bar, and the metal bats outside, but no one seemed to know. They mentioned the owner would have known but he wasn't in at the moment.
