  • Really good. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to. Also convenient shopping center nearby and good food around in both the square in which this is located as well as done the street. Therapists are pretty good but obviously depending on the ones you booked. Good price for March with a Introductory rate reduced from $49 to $39. They also have periodic member appreciation deals. If you sign up for email newsletter, you sometimes get them in the mail or you can ask the manager about it. I like it that they have a machine to examine the age of your skin for facial. It is FREE of charge and the facial includes MURAD products which is highly potent! They do get busy on Sunday afternoon/Saturday afternoon so book ahead. You get to spin the goodie wheel if you pre-book three appointments in a row. I will not book Sunday morning even though that is usually a downtime because the way to travel from UPTOWN To the spa is painful. Thanks to Myers Park Pres. Church --those church goes make the police department to stop all traffic (which adds another 15-20 min to travel time) for their convenience. So beware booking for Sunday morning. But beyond that so far so good and the managers are very receptive to complaints and will do whatever she can to accommodate. Recommend!
