  • I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for a few years now, but the overall experience has slipped significantly the last 6-9 months. My laundered shirts come back still wrinkled and the past few months they've actually staple my clothing when attaching tracking tags on three occasions. Damaging two shirts in the process. When I've gone to pick up my clothes, on 3 of the past 4 instances, there were handwritten signs stating they'd be back in 5-15 minutes. Today I decided I'd wait since the sign indicated they'd be back in 5 minutes. Exactly 7 minutes after my arrival the employee showed up with donuts purchased at the nearby grocer. Due to the fact I have to wear a suit to work 4 days a week, I spend an average of $60 on dry cleaning a month. I will no longer use Catalina Cleaners.
