Today I called to speak with a rep in customer service. I noticed 2 charges showing on my card. I also saw that I was not added to my wife's plan. It appeared that I had a completely separate plan. When I met with the rep at the gym it was explained that I'd be added to her plan. This was very concerning because not only did that not happen, but instead of $425 I was charged over $1,000. I tried explaining to the CS rep when I called in. She was very rude and wasn't helpful. Very quickly she recommended I cancel. I said that I was calling in to resolve the issues and figure out why I was being told one thing at the gym and another by her. When I asked what info I needed to provide to show the over doubled charge, she kept talking over me. I said, "I hope that you can understand my situation. If you felt mislead and were told $425 then got over double charged for over $1000 you'd be upset too." Her response was, "I've already told you what to do." From start until now, I'm disappointed with LVAC customer service. I opted to cancel within my 3 days right of recision. I'm worried about being refunded for both of these charges. I also have yet to get proof that I was cancelled without any cost. I don't trust what the CS rep told me, having been told two different things before.
