rev:text	We loved RC Willey for years and literally bought thousands of dollars in furniture and appliances from them. Our last purchase changed all that. We bought a bedroom set for my daughter and delayed delivery 2 weeks. When delivery day arrived, the delivery guy called and said he couldn't deliver the bed because it was damaged and they didn't have another one in the warehouse. I asked him how he could just find that out, if they'd had 2 weeks to make sure they had it, and he said he didn't know, it was just on the invoice that morning. We called Customer Service, who assured us that they'd get us a bed as soon as possible. So they delivered a nightstand and a desk, and after the guy left, we discovered that the desk had never been finished. So we called Customer Service again only to find that there were no more desks. One had to be ordered. Long, long story short, we called Customer Service multiple times to find out what was going on, were told that we'd be taken care of immediately and that everyone was on high alert to our problem, and waited another week for a desk and 6 weeks total for a bed. Then, I get my credit card statement and they billed me for two desks! I emailed, got an email back from yet another Customer Service person (who never bothered to sign the email with a name or even location) who said I needed to contact the store here in Vegas. Finally, the extra charge was removed. And throughout the whole ordeal, no one ever apologized. I don't normally write negative reviews, but the fact that no one even seemed to care we were having a problem makes me really mad. They won't be getting our business again.
