  • I'm super happy to read that we are not the only people who have had a nightmare experience with Dex Media. We decided to close our business on Jan 31, so obviously we didn't need the advertising. Since we had signed a contract a year ago, the advertising would have to be paid thru Jan 31 and we had no problem with that. Now however they are telling us that we are past due on our payment to extend our contract, and will be reporting us to a collection agency. They tell us that we RE-SIGNED another years contract in December, which we DID NOT. When we ask for a copy of the contract that we supposedly signed, they are unable to give that to us. We have also spoken with 5-6 individuals who claim they will investigate this and call us back by the end of the day, but that has also not happened. These people are crooks! Our next step is they will be hearing from our attorney.
