  • Give me a chalice of Stella or give me death. Yes, the place is hip, but that's not the only reason to go there (albeit may be the most heavily weighted). The clientele during happy hour is completely different from the crowd at night, but personally I LOVE seeing the Capitol crowd getting bombed right after work. It makes me feel closer to my legislature to know that they too appreciate a good buzz. BONUS is free munchies at happy hour, they often have Lil' Smokies and cheese cubes...mmmmmm!
