Although much this supermarket has probably been in chinatown the longest, I avoid coming here as much as possible. And if I have to shop here, I pick up no more than a few items at a time. The staff here are extremely rude, especially the cashiers. They have a reputation among the locals here to give customers the wrong change by "accident". So if you do shop here, keep the items short so you can keep track at the cash. Avoid the meat counter, especially if you're getting your meat grounded. They're also known for adding in extra fat to the meat during the process... so your purchase weighs more. Make sure to check packaging if you're getting items from the aisles, they don't always remove expired items.
If at all possible, treking to one of the three other major supermarkets in chinatown would be a better idea.
