  • Would be ZERO stars if possible. We were told we were 1st applicant ..150 dollar application fee ..drove across the city to get my app in 1st as told would be important by our real estate representative..got there right before 5 p.m. .. Was informed by our representative that they chose another applicant ...but our 150 application was non refundable . I called Luis Rodriguez (property manager) and he informed me that we "easily qualified" but of the many other applicants AFTER us..he went with 1 that was "20 times better than us" arrogantly saying how he can choose whomever he likes and that we would not be getting our application fee back. Shady as can be ..who regulates this? Who's to say he didn't already have somebody in mind and just kept taking in apps for 150 a pop? Why run our credit..say we could easily afford the place then award it to the renter of his choosing with a super cocky attitude? Scam central.
