  • I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I am going to do so. In early July, I had my phone fixed here. When I got my phone back, the screen was puffed up slightly all over. The owner/manager insisted it was fine, even though it was slightly off when you would hit an icon. Within two weeks, the iPhone scattered. I went to the kiosk and the owner was called. He claimed it was physical damage. I have a physics background and explained to him the screen was improperly placed to begin with, which resulted in more damage upon impact. He said that had nothing to do with it. The owner had a sales associate at the kiosk proceed to send him photos for the better part of 20 minutes while he made up his mind. He then decided I needed to come back the next day at 3 pm when he would be in to discuss. I have never been so disrespected by a business owner. I went to the Apple Store and got it fixed for the same price and no disrespect. And it was done properly and promptly.
