  • Can I give zero stars? Will never come here again, no respect given to a customer for their lies and crap, just a robotic "Sorry about that". They are "too busy" to simply start service on my truck even though I had an appointment at 9am (in which I was there before hand) and I was told by the liar that "helped" me that it would be done before 5pm (in which I said I would be there at 5:30pm just in case). I get there and after an awkward couple of minutes (pretty sure that liar realized that they failed to provide the service they stated would be done by 5) I was told that my truck was next. Next? Why was I scheduled for 9am yet my truck wasn't looked at- oh and it was a flat tire that needed fixed/replaced in which I have a warranty on it being a customer of theirs for a few years. Then the liar had said it was up on the lifts earlier but for some reason the employees took it down and that's that. That's a lie, the truck is still in the same parking space when I parked it there and everything (flat tire, jack, etc was not moved an inch) is still in place. That is a lie. Do not make up stories for your inefficiency to provide service as promised. So I guess I should've sat there and waited for them to "finish" service that was told would already be done but unfortunately I have a life. If I would have shown up at 6 or after that my truck would still have been parked there without even being looked at. ALSO - no phone call the entire day from anyone and they have it, confirmed it with liar at 9am. In conclusion-took my keys, told them to F off and will NEVER go there again. Poorly ran Store, do not care about customers - even those of us who have used them in the past to screw us. Just some advise to whoever runs this location- I would recommend training your employees to be honest, respectful, and inform your customers if there is a delay in service even though your employees said it would be done before the customer said they would be back to show up. I'm just hoping one of the other Firestone stores in PHX can provide an ounce or customer service/respect that that location failed to do so since I am under warranty for my tires with this respected company (hard to type that without laughing).
