  • Wow- just wow! It was my first visit to this shoe repair shop, and we had a misunderstanding about the type of sole that I wanted. After writing a Yelp review, a response was posted by the business saying that they could redo the soles for me at no extra charge. This gesture alone exceeded my expectations, seeing that they would need to use all new materials and do all of the work twice-over. When I returned to the shop, I was received gracefully. The owner explained to me that he gave me the best possible sole on the market. For my purposes, however, I needed a choice with the best traction. He explained to me that those soles are usually less expensive. (I had paid $30 each for 2 pairs of shoes' half-soles, whereas the cheaper one costs $25). When I went back a few days later to pick up the finished shoes, he actually refunded me $10 for the difference that I had paid previously as a result of our initial transaction. A $10 bill- cash in hand! The honest and forth-coming business practices left me in utter appreciation. And more than that, the work he does is absolutely beautiful and precise. This business has earned a life-long customer. I will tell all of my friends to come here for their footwear care needs!
