  • We've been here for both laundry and dry cleaning services. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they do a great job, and that is worth the extra bit of money to me. I took a black and white dress in to have to cleaned, after a total botch job from our previous cleaners. The white part had beer spilled on it, and when they cleaned it, it turned the entire white section a light brown with splotches. I took it to Quail, and she told me that they would try their best. I got it back in a day or so (their turnaround time is great) and it was as good as new! I was so excited, since I had only worn the dress 2 times, anyways. I have also taken a ton of my husbands stuff to wash and press, and I got it all back the next day. They are great. The pricing, I am not too sure on, but I did a price comparison before I went there the first time, and they were comparable to other cleaners in the neighborhood.
