  • Dr Fintelman was fabulous. I am giving this one star because of his front desk employee, Diana. I called because I was charged $245 at check out because they said I didn't have a medical diagnosis even though I was prescribed glasses which is a medical diagnosis. She continued to be rude and argue with me to the point that I had to speak with the Office Manager, Bonnie who was more than willing to have Billing look at my chart and issue. Diana needs some customer service training stat or this office will be going down hill.
