  • I will preface this review by saying I did NOT have a service done -- so this is NOT a review of their quality of WORK but rather their quality (or lack there of!) of service. I'm in town for a couple of days for work and was in desperate need of a fill before flying out for another leg of a business trip tomorrow and was on a time crunch. I called seven different places, and finally, Nancy's said they would be free in the 25 minutes I said I would be there in due to traffic. He said there was no need to make an appointment and that he would be available for me. I luckily arrived in 20'minutes and told the gentleman I had just called in. He said "yes! And you're late!" In a very angry tone and literally shooed me out of the door. He had already taken another walk in and disregarded my call. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend.
