  • First of all. The woman who answers the phone answers "Hello" and then acts annoyed when I ask if this is Paradise Builders. A red flag of unprofessionalism right off the bat. Then she process to tell me they don't provide one of the services listed on their website anymore and is just generally rude and short with me. I would avoid these people. Other similar companies I have contacted have been far more professional and courteous. In response to "Larry". You weren't on the call were you? I guess the other review about your rude staff is a fabrication too? Keep your head in the sand about who is the voice of your business that customers deal with first and you won't have a business. I don't make it a point to ever leave bad reviews about a business. This is my first and it's because the woman you have answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. That is no fabrication. That was my experience.
