  • Stayed here in July 2014 for 5 nights. It was alright, not amazing, not terrible. We took a shuttle from the airport and were the first hotel stop which was nice. Upon arrival, we waited on the check in line for about 20 minutes but were able to check in early which was nice. We stayed on the 18th floor at the very end of the hallway which was peaceful until the last 2 nights where we had awful guests above us loud and obnoxious starting at 530am and throughout the last day. The room was okay, I've stayed at better in Atlantic City believe it or not. Bathroom was nice, beds were super comfortable. The charging station provided was very slow to use so we just used our own. We did not even step foot near the mini bar due to the outrageous prices. It would have been nice to have a fridge, we did not want to pay $20+ per night for one. I had no problem with the wifi other than having to sign back in a few times. In comparison, the other hotels were insanely expensive to use wifi. The pool was also nice and even with people there it was enjoyable and you had your own space. A huge drawback for us were the food options. It's great to have higher end options, but there menus were not at all appealing. We found ourselves crossing over to NYNY for most of our meals. The casino was big and got quite crowded by late afternoon. The smoke wasn't nearly as bad as i expected. One of my biggest gripes was the noise on the last day and every day and night with the sirens and helicopters. This I expected from Vegas, but still annoying. The cleaning service was also widely inconsistent, we wound up only have our room cleaned twice the entire time and towels were only replaced once. Overall, it was just alright. For the money paid for one of the nicer hotels I expected more.
