  • WORST SERVICE AND INSTALLATION EVER!!!! we recently installed granite in all our bathrooms. The installers that arrived were dirty, inappropriate and made me scared to be home alone with them. The granite they brought was the WRONG SIZE! The man who came from National Granite Luxuries to measure apparently doesn't know how to use a measuring tape and MEASURED WRONG!!! So the installers had to come back 2 more times. Each time they were creepy and made me uncomfortable to allow them in my home. I noticed the seams were very thick and not done right. I HAD TO ARGUE WITH KIM TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO FIX IT! I had to threaten I'd stop payment on my check for them to finally send someone to fix the seams. They finally agreed to send a different crew to look at the seams. The original installation crew USED CAULK and NOT EPOXY to adhere the seams on the granite together!!! They had absolutely no knowledge of how to install granite correctly! When you pay thousands of dollars on granite, you should expect professional installers who know what they are doing. But that was not the case here. They should be embarrassed with the type of service they provide. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
