  • I was really excited to bring a group of coworkers here for a team building activity. However, it was nearly impossible to speak to anyone or get an email response when trying to coordinate the event. With the website not functioning properly, this made things very frustrating. After weeks of unanswered emails and phone calls, I finally received a response and was able to hammer down a date. When we arrived, the male staff member was incredibly rude, extremely condescending and had zero professionalism. Several coworkers made comments about his behavior and tone. We all agreed that we would love to do the escape challenge again, just at a completely different establishment.
