  • Cheesy and pretty! Often we get asked. If you were stranded in an island with only two things, what would they be? My answer has always been and will always be.. Cheese & bread! Therefore I had to visit and investigate one of the most talked about cheese stores in Montreal. Without a question, they do everything to perfection! The moment you stepped in, you are being greeted by very knowledgeable, and kind staff who are filled with lots of information about everyone of their cheeses. Not sure what to buy? How to pair it with your dinner or whether you like a soft, hard, mild, or strong cheese. Relax! They will help you every step of the way. In fact, they let you sample a thin slice prior to you purchasing any cheese. Simply to make sure you are that satisfied. I can't say enough good things about "Bleu et Persille. The store is beautifully decorated, nicely and clearly labeled and with a huge variety of cheeses. whether it's local or international, rest assure you will find a cheese that will please your palette.
