  • Management is not very helpful. We moved into our home A YEAR AGO and when we did the walk through they explained that they would cut the trees as they hit the house. We have put in countless work orders and calls.. trees still have not been trimmed and constantly bash against the windows in the master bedroom making it impossible to sleep. On the resident portal they've closed the work order requests stating they have been completed multiple times and still nothing has been done. Every time I call they say that they "will get to it immediately". Clearly that hasn't happened..... Update: 11/16/17 They are claiming the trees have been trimmed, which is not possible as the noise has never stopped. When our garage door broke, we had to physically sign a work order saying it was completed, same with the blinds being replaced in our garage. The only reason these issues were resolved was because they were HOA violations and they were not our fault. We have never signed a work order for trees being trimmed. They are extremely rude and unhelpful any time I have ever called.
